All international orders (outside the UK & Europe) are shipped via DHL Tracked.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

Exchanges
